Gudrun Cram-Drach is a multi-faceted animator, illustrator and graphic designer. Her traditionally animated, vector-based and stop motion films include Prudence (2002), Hope on the Horizon (Black Chopstix, 2006), and supplementary work on the documentary Playground (Libby Spears/Smoke House, 2008), In the Woods (Paul Vester, 2006) and Drawing Lessons (Maureen Selwood, 2005).

As a motion graphics artist, Gudrun has created animation and provided digital production work for music and promotional videos by Universal Records, Star Trak Records and the REDCAT. Her work as a designer and illustrator has been seen in many publications, including the New York Times, Time Magazine, and the world music label Lyrichord Discs. Additionally, she edited, illustrated and co-published a new edition of the 1856 book of Maine legends, Forest and Shore.

Gudrun holds a MFA in Experimental Animation from CalArts, a BA in Cultural Studies from Eugene Lang College and a BFA in Illustration from Parsons School of Design. She resides in Los Angeles.
